Beef and Fresh Vegetable Meatloaf

Much like Mom’s meatloaf, this recipe is made with fresh, lean ground beef, sautéed beef liver, a bright medley of steamed carrots and dark green kale and spinach, baked sweet potatoes (or yams) and whole eggs.  Gently assembled and shaped in to a meatloaf, this meal is slow-baked, cooled and sliced.  Pups will be begging for “seconds”!
